They praise guest David Warner (great actor, no doubt) yet they don't say a thing about Ronny Cox who also was in the same episode?

My favorite one is the Voyager one, which is unlisted for some stupid reason so was impossible to find searching on YouTube itself:

Ok, you try coming to your new job and--on the first day--being designated The Jesus of a religion you had never heard of.

And then you still also have to do your regular job.

I remember reading that when they conceived the show they really wanted to keep track of the Voyagers inventory but that was quickly abandoned

It's easy to forget in the scope of the series but Voyager actually has arcs (albeit half of them are pretty dumb) until about halfway through the second season which is about when Michael Piller leaves. Rick Berman was against serialization and when they wanted to do Year of Hell as an entire season he rejected it. A lot of Battlestar Galactica can be said to be Moore's reaction to getting to Voyager after DS9 and not being allowed to use the obvious central concept of a ship that has to keep moving with limited resources and an inability to be brand new for years on end.

Ironically, Rick Berman's final season on Trek and having barely survived cancellation is the serialized third season of Enterprise that does a lot of the stuff they never did on Voyager. Enterprise in general does some of these aspects better than Voyager did even before the more well received final seasons. Although Enterprise has a few instances where the crew inexplicably randomly invent advanced technologies with few resources it's not as bad as Voyager's building new shuttles and two Delta Flyers, inventing transwarp from scratch, etc. and they at least comment on having to get more stuff from Earth.
