It's more than introversion, and I've posted it here and elsewhere before, but the lockdowns were without a doubt the happiest period of my life, I never realized how draining and how much strain I was under being forced to interact with people daily until I didn't have to anymore. And it's not rotting I had more energy and discovered so many things I didn't even know I was interested in. Of course now I'm back in the office too exhausted to even engage in things I know I like, experiencing regular panic attacks and night terrors again, with the added bonus of knowing it could all go away if I just became more of a recluse.
