I'm a big fan of this lift, although I no longer tend to max out on it. The most I do is heavy triples.

I remember some older fitness folks who were not fans of these lifts. Infamously, the Hodge Twins and their "Snap City!" was about deadlifting. Too bad about their pivot lol.

Such a fun lift, but it is technical and can be annoying to setup. Such a crazy mass builder, though.

In the sports science world, guys like Stuart McGill feels both the deadlift and back squat with barbell are not worth it. He's much smarter than me in sports science, but interesting seeing the pushback.

Of course he does.  

Being fair with h, is probably one of those things he has problem reconciling because his autism.

I was getting through some games in progress recently. Games I thoroughly enjoyed and then looked at the games I had "on deck" and damn, just many great games to play. These are all releases from the past year too. I'm not talking about deep into my backlog.

I know there's a current malaise with the perception of the gaming industry. The prices, lack of risk taking with in the AAA space, GasS initiatives. But I'm having tons of fun.

Freaking Oblivion remaster coming outta nowhere was a nice surprise but the time 😭
