I guess I'm just rambling. Basically I don't think EZA did anything wrong, but I worry about the audience they bring over and how they may respond/react to politics stuff, either in the videos or in the comments section.

This ended up being a valid fear. During Damiani's stream this afternoon, a couple of them were trolling in the chat. At least one got banned.

If you find out that a YouTube channel had a podcast to defend a person's transphobia and your response is, "I personally don't care," that is also transphobia.

Announcing that you don't care about something being transphobic is in itself anti-trans. That has been a pretty widely accepted truth on Era for a long time.

That isn't something that should need to be explained and it's disappointing that this conversation is even happening.

But honestly, because I've already been harassed in response to this post, which I had really tried to make constructive and non-argumentative, including by a random troll in the EZA Twitch chat today, I think I'm going to step back for a bit.
