What would this tangibly look like? How would randos on a message board even know what conversations are being had in-studio or how often they occur?

So long as you approach them with general interest and friendship first and not as a place to "meet women", things will eventually fall into place naturally where you're meeting more people in general and expanding your network to where you end up being a familiar face that can be vouched for by your friends and your actions over time.

All that to say is that cold approaching is NOT easy for many reasons, even if you remove all of the technology concerns. If a woman is in a grocery store minding her own business, it's exceedingly more likely that she just wants to be left alone to get her groceries than to have some random stranger approaching with interest in getting her number. I think our perception is very warped from media that meet-cute situations or cold approaching in public is something that most women (or most people) want to experience.

I think you're being a bit harsh there. That's generally good advice and not necessarily specific to dating...these people need to be more social and meet more real people with diverse thoughts and opinions. If that leads to meeting someone who shares a mutual attraction, that's not creepy, it's normal. 

However, I also acknowledge that these people can't just be normal and would probably make any social interaction very creepy.

A normal person wanting to meet people is absolutely fine. Nothing wrong with that at all. These are rees. They have "formulas."

 Why is this a bad thing? Shouldn't this be a requirement. Parents need to provided written consent for a high schooler to join ROTC, shouldn't they also be allowed to know their child may be suffering from gender dysphoria so they can seek out treatment from medical professionals? Public schools only care about enforcing the government (nazi) will and quotas for funding, they're the worst people to deal with these things.

They'd rather deal with bullying or worse in house so they don't risk their precocious funding and won't notify parents of that either.
