I was made aware of this earlier today.

There's a whole Xitter chain going on and people are putting ERA's members usernames with their posts bashing the series in full display, saw at least one guy saying that they (ERA users) should be doxxed.

Doesn't help that the CEO of the game is retweeting fan-art of the new protagonist slapping her own ass and saying shit like "does this look like the body of a kid? I'm an adult!!".

I don't really keep tabs on mods, so maybe this is something that happens all the time? As a big believer in community self-policing it does feel a little weird.

I just kind of figured that the staff and moderation was drawn from the community, rather than outside hires.

Pretty sure it’s shiba5.  If you go to https://www.resetera.com/threads/active-staff-roster.7164/#post-1191462 you can click on all the other names and it pops up their little user card or whatever, but shiba5 does nothing which makes me think the account was nuked for some reason.  I know I saw the name recently too so definitely still active.

Edit: Yea shiba5’s account has been nuked, if you try to go back to a post that another user quoted it just says post not found.  Now I’m more curious about what happened that it necessitated a full account nuke to hide.

Also it's rather pathetic with some men artists who are clearly are unable to draw women without heels so they always draw women in their tippy toes, even when sitting or lying down.

Here's a wild theory, the entremet account is literally a staff shared account that they use to create threads to social engineer data for MOBA. They get specific topic lists they have to post about and some of them are lazier than others, they use an AI to do it and they pretend this is somehow mocking the tech chuds. It's definitely a social engineering exercise but I used to think it was just some arrangement they had, the AI posts have me thinking otherwise.

from what I understand, record of lodoss war was japan's literal introduction to D&D, it wasn't making any traction anywhere except a small friend group started playing and their adventures developed into lodoss war, which was an overnight hit, and led to everyone looking into what this role playing thing is, including development of japan's home grown RPG sword world

pretty sure dragon quest and final fantasy owe some of their growth and popularity to lodoss war

We can't keI saw some scuttlebutt about there being a bit of an epidemic of high profile people in the manga and anime industry getting radicalized by Twitter as of late. This is something even noted by Daiki Nishimura, a director whose worked on series like Gundam Seed Destiny

A name I saw mentioned that I recognized was Ryo Mizuno, the creator of Record of Lodoss War. They didn't mention anything specific, so I took a look at their twitter and almost immediately got jumpscared by a certain website 


For context there's a bunch of manufactured drama around Resetera because a troll account posted they reported Stellar Blade 2 to Master Card in a thread here. This caused a bunch of chuds MAGAgekyou Sharingans to trigger and they're acting as you expect.

On its own, this is whatever. I wouldn't think anything of it other than it's funny, assuming they have no context. I then kept scrolling and just in the past couple days I found a variety of nationalistic posts, especially about the military. Some stuff about "Japanese Liberals" having bad personalities, a post about women into BL I don't understand and then of course Elon

It just goes on and on. I am curious to see how recently he and some of these other creatives started posting like this. I'm going to do some digging though I'm sure I won't find out because I'll lose the will to live from reading countless "woke bad and destroying society" posts which seems to be his favorite flavor.
