Disney/Marvel films usually do well enough by default because they get the big theatres, best time slots and screen set-ups. I'm not seeing a lot of competition either.
Add in some Meta/TikTok/YouTube ads to target the normies and it'll probably do better than what the internet expects in the US and EU as far as the casual friday/saturday night and family viewing is concerned going into the holiday season period unless the movie itself is garbage.
(kinda like how Lightyear and Elementals recovered after a very poor opening)

However, just to get to that first $100 million world wide will probably cost more marketing budget and effort than Disney would like.
