Sometimes I wonder if they don't understand that all of this is completely new for everyone out there? Like the HR guy presumably spend days talking to her about her transness and then she drops on him that she doesn't want to be outed as trans? Same with the name change, that's a challenge they simply weren't prepared for when they made the system. Maybe it makes more sense when you watch those 4 hours of video but no way I'm going to do that.

With backwards compat and extensive back-library, it isn't as simple as that anymore, sadly.

I’m pretty out of touch about modern western games. Did see a story recently about fucking insane budgets for last of us 2 and similar. And damn near every game ships broken with a roadmap to be playable. And there’s some indie LEGO Battlefield game blowing up in popularity because I guess that franchise has been in the toilet for ages. So much of the AAAA business doesn’t seem sustainable.
