I think the two I wish I liked more and wanted to like were Fury Road and Mandy. Mandy was good until the second part but Fury Road was just terribly boring to me. I wish I liked both though since I frequently get in to discussions where people seem upset I didn't like either.

I read an entry in the Galactic Guide the other night that made me think the devs were self-aware that people were going to hate this and have a bunch of irrational, all consuming hatred.

I'm going to transpose it here word for word from the game directly:

It is just generic doomsday ending threat. Probably a it there because they thought it was worth having a “endgame” stuff on the line.

People requoting the long ass benji post kind of undermined how completely nuts this guy is about Concord. Downright hyper obsessive over a game that was dead before it even launched.

But I'd spend $600+ to just play this one, singular game. Actually, that I'd go even further, I'd pay $2000+ USD to exclusively play this game. That's how high quality I think this is; I value it to that degree in just this short amount of time playing (about 60 total hours now across the Open Beta and retail).

And somehow he keeps comparing it to Twisted Metal out of all games

I thought this, but even some of the more positive reviews say the game is exactly what you expect it would be. Apparently it has no deep message or twist or anything clever or insightful to say. 

I was momentarily tempted to buy it myself because I briefly thought the game might be a stealth "these problems are really complicated, actually", but apparently it doesn't do that.

EDIT: I just noticed the shirt too...shades of "I don't care...do u?". The whole thing is a missed opportunity, it seems.
