I’m not one to get homesick but for a couple weeks now I’ve wanted mac and cheese and can’t find a proper version. Couple boxed versions weren’t doing it. I’m told there are a few soul food places, which aren’t very close, but may check out. They also claim that Ye frequents these restaurants. If I bump into him, I’ll ask him to make an account here.

I’ve made some of his recipes before. Good and simple stuff. During lockdowns he nearly convinced me to buy a pizza oven.
