Consent must be asked for EVERY TIME. It is not a blanket thing.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. No excuses. People have a right to change their mind, even in the moment, even if consent was previously given.

Personally I have my partner sign a document of consent (with someone on hand to notarize for my files) after each thrust cycle. 

Anything less is an endorsement of rape culture.
