Just ask her out man. Even if you've misread the situation, the worst she can say is no or you go out and she's not that into you and all you get is a good meal and some conversation.

Yesterday my monkey brain finally figured out what a moron I was and today I send her a message to ask her out.  
It took her about an hour to reply, so I think she was at least considering.


She appreciated my 'sweet' message and all the effort I put in.
However from her side, she didn't feel a romantic connection between us. So she sees me as a nice co-worker but that's it.

She hopes for my understanding and that we can continue to work together.

Fairy tales don't exist. Love is truely dead folks.
