Well, is not really easy because people keep falling for it and then again. Like I get it, you can’t be that asshole person and expect to win elections, but also what can tell to the people that believe these guys, that benefited from the system and have no real incentive to change it, that maybe shouldn’t trust them 100% and you actually have things to lose for doing it.
I suppose is the same reason why communism/socialism is getting props from the young, as they want a vague and easy alternative to the system.
But anyway, the fart is mostly because Musk is a pervert himself that ask female executives for sex and having his children, so I doubt he pulled a Grinch and grow his heart enough to lose more sanity, and more like his usual drug induced Twitter tirades.
