With the political climate in the US being what it is, it would only take someone tweeting a screenshot to Musk for the Eye of Sauron to focus on Resetera. You can't be too careful these days.

Honestly I feel like it is just a matter of time before this happens regardless. Era is a big target for a certain group that now have an almost direct line to the American government. If I was a betting man I would put my money on era being impacted by some push to silence dissident voices at one point in the next 4 years.

We're a police abolition cup of sugar commune and Kiwi Farms has a culture about not touching the display subjects. Meanwhile, theirs is a forum that literally has called the cops on another forum at least once that we know of and is full of members who not only respond to everything by demanding people get thrown under the jail but have multiple prominent members who have been yelling for the President of the United States and other governments to illegally imprison and even exile anyone they perceive as political enemies with zero pushback from anyone let alone staff.
