Yes, my Nvidia dip went through just as I'm finishing up lifting with the dumbbells.
Tracking my gains I've moved passed the beginners stage for my weight class. According to https://strengthlevel.com/ I'm 20% stronger than other male lifters my age.
I can definitely tell my strength has improved over the last 2 months carrying stuff around and whatnot and my arms are certainly less skinny.
Key was to combine weight lifting with squats. That way my back got stronger and my posture improved and that made it easier to lift heavier weights and keep doing it for a while.
I'm now at the 10kg dumbbell and my goal for now is 15kg (which is also what this set maxes out at). If I reach that I would be 50% stronger than other lifters my age.
