How the hell do these Somalis make it all the way to the US?
It's not like they can just float there on a leaky boat from Turkey or Libya.

It's called an airplane.

I assume it's the same in the US as in Australia, but the majority of asylum seekers who are deemed not genuine refugees and returned to their country are people who arrive via aeroplane. People who arrive by boat are most likely to be assessed as genuine refugees.
