It’s all connected and you gas out some muscles before others. You don’t need a full bro split taking up a full day of arms. But if you’re doing push/bench, you’re already hitting triceps secondary to chest. Working in some tricep isolation movements that session helps. Same with bicep work during pull/back. If posture is a concern, face pulls and shrugs help a bunch. Just use lighter weights at first and focus on form. Seen people doing this stuff with their same bad posture and it’s counter intuitive.
