Not to Elonpost, but if the system is so ancient and outdated that no living human can fix it if it breaks, isn't it sort of counterintuitively sensible to do something like this?

Like, leaving it to become increasingly ancient until it's written in the digital equivalent of a lost language seems (potentially) more bad.
