I wasn't going to say anything because I'm just an old man but I agree with the jpmorgan guy. If you think you get the same amount of effort with a guy sitting at home in his pajamas versus the guy that's got to come into the office, I don't know what to tell you. 

I wish I could have done my jobs from home too. But I actually had a "real job" You know, one where I had to get dressed or put on a uniform, drive to it and actually work. And not work a little bit,  jerk off, get on my phone, sext with my girl, peruse the internet, read Bire/Era and order Doordash right to my fat ass.
