Yep, the US investigations basically concluded that they amplify existing narratives but fail at creating new ones. Their subversion tactics only seem to work in countries with strong Russian ties and Russian citizens like Georgia and Ukraine.
In all other cases when some swastika's are scribbled somewhere it's "oh look it's the Russians again".
It is more likely that Elon, Sacks, Thiel and the rest of the e/acc gang are more interested in taking over Russia and it's resources for pennies on the dollar for their multiplanetary future than that they are interested in the Russian agenda itself. Trump also knows what kind of loot awaits if Russia collapses like it did in the 90's.
