The big difference is now that instead of a 7 day ban they'll get banned for 3 days. (But only if it's their first time)
Apparently this took a couple of months to deliberate.
Oh, and "serving cunt" and "cunty" are now allowed because those are used in the LGBT community and what good would a rule be without some hypocritical exception
