On body fascism, I’m starting to question if they were right about cardio all this time. Always they were “fuck cardio. cardio kills gains.” I never bought into it. Regularly did cardio after weight sessions or separately. Increasing it and dialing in diet for cuts. The usual. But as an experiment this year I cut out cardio… and strength way up, leaning out without diet changes, more energy day to day
Still walk quite a bit as I always have so maybe my heart won’t explode climbing stairs in two years weeks. I’ll continue down this path. Maybe the guys cycling such vast amounts of testosterone and growth hormones that they’re offsetting it with synthetic estrogens to prevent hair loss know a little something about something.
Thinking about all that time wasted watching junk streaming shows. I may never finish Emily in Paris at this rate.
