This one of these things I don't really follow the logic on. Like okay the argument is that there are variants, intersex and what not etc. but all of these "third sexes" solely define themselves in how much they vary and mix between the two sexes, like someone with a vagina but also testicles. But there's no third state of the sex, a third way to reproduce, a third primary genital.
