I'm at the point where eating is becoming difficult. This is stressful beyond belief. And for what, two dude's egos. It's insanity

I'm worrying about my family being bombed. I live pretty close to the US border - southern Ontario - which is directly in the crosshairs. I am having a very hard time pretending anything is normal right now. We're basically Crimea 2.0. I consider myself an ally to marginalized groups, but it's so far out oy my realm of worries at the moment.
