I had a college roommate who was a big tattoo guy and he was interested in checking out parlors we came across. Any of the good seeming ones we went in always had a sign about the artist reserving the right to make you wait at least a day before receiving it. I'm of the opinion that this isn't happening enough on many tattoos I see.
