Delete social media off your phone and you'll quickly realize the truth: the internet only exists in your head. It's not a real place. Therefore the only place to meet women is in the real world and quiet dogs don't eat. And because most men lack confidence to walk up to and talk to a woman there's literally no competition. You're not hungry enough bro. But if you stop denying yourself you'll see the truth and that 100 years ago you wouldn't have any other way to meet a woman except at parties, in which you're still walking up and introducing yourself. It’s definitely a mandatory thing all men should do. Not for the results, but to harden the mind. The more you do it, the more you condition yourself to go for the things you want in life, things beyond approaching women. There’s a time and place for it though, you got to learn how to read the room. If someone is rushing, it’s probably not the best idea to follow them to get their attention. If you catch them looking at you as you’re crossing paths and it doesn’t seem like she’s in a rush you can definitely shoot your shot.
