There are some things he imo gets right, like the way some politicians are jumping on this topic is definitely opportunistic but I guess that also comes in part because the Democrats can't formulate a good answer. Generally he focuses mostly on school sports, so if you're worried about the upper level competition his argument basically just comes down to "there isn't enough research" and "there's only very few trans athletes so it's not a huge deal"
