Anyway, isn't the point of prison that everyone is prison sensitive? i.e. they don't like to be in prison and don't want to go to there?

EDIT: Reading the article, this story is actually even weirder than it sounds. The transwoman here--who trafficked the kids--actually received a harsher sentence than the actual billionaire abuser. 5 years is crazy light for a crime of this nature, and saying Arbend is "prison sensitive" is insane, but the billionaire who was literally raping these kids only got 4 years???

Isn't the billionaire like 80? Probably another "heightened prison sensitivity" sentence. America is the only country in the west that sentences sex crimes appropriately .
