Anyway, the diet is eating natural sugars until 3 PM, fasting (“fasting”) until 7 PM, and gorge on protein and vegetable. The person who wrote this speaks of eating 450g of honey and 225g of dates every morning. At night it’s 1350g of beef, broccoli, and mushrooms. This builds muscle and burns visceral fats, allegedly.

Eat a well rounded diet and exercise.
Late, late reply. This is weirdly breaking out the esoteric nut job territory. Rebranded as the Sugar diet. And that rebrand makes it less insane sounding by framing it as high carb, low protein, and extremely low fat. The other part is treating it as a short term way to get cut. There’s now an acknowledgment you will lose muscle mass if you continue on it. Because it is, in essence, an Earthy vegan type of diet and nobody is trying to look like those people. Like a type of day is eating heaps of fruit until dinner, then chicken breast and white rice.
I’m dumb enough to find it interesting but maybe not enough to try it myself. As far as fad diets go, it sounds more doable than the keto or whatever types.
