Like genuine question, how are those any better or different than fat jokes or calling people ugly or anything like that? I know those are still a thing as well, but they are at least somewhat looked down upon or are called out, sometimes.

I'm trying not to read too much into it but if you're an already somewhat insecure young man, constantly hearing about how having a small penis and wondering if yours is "too small", especially when you watch porn, can actually be genuinely devastating. My brother told me his 15 year old son is already worried about it, constantly googling average penis sizes and how to tell if your dick is too small and what might help etc.

And it doesn't really help when people then say "oh porn isn't real and size doesn't matter" when "haha small penis" is basically a completely fine and accepted joke in every aspect of society, on the internet and even on TV regardless of political leaning. Like, what else could your takeaway be from that other than "this is actually the worst thing that could happen to you"?

I'm throwing bald jokes in here as well since it's similar (And yes, I do say that as somewhat who's gonna go bald soon enough). I know this isn't gonna change, but it is kinda frustrating to see that being just a completely fine and normal joke literally everywhere.
