I don't mind if it's slow or not a zombie film or not true to the series but is it a good story or nah? I read a reddit thread and the responses ranges from "I liked it" to "worst movie i've seen in theatres"

I liked most of it but it's very clearly a part 1, almost shamelessly so, was surprised when the credits rolled.
