I know part of the Melody LARP involves pretending the pathetic Ko-fi funds are the only way they eat but I see similar stuff across Trans (and Disabled/Resistance/etc.) Bluesky (and before Twitter) where they'll say what the problem is and how they "need some kind of lotion" or conditioner or whatever. Just out into the void hoping someone comes along and solves the problem.
Just go to the fucking store and look, read the gorram label and get the cheapo store brand that sounds closest to what you're looking for.
If you want to get super intensive just look up crap on Amazon or whatever, see what's got good reviews and what the basic prices are, then go to the store and look at the actual products. Or hell, just order it if you aren't really interested in shopping.
It's just like basic hygiene man, not rocket surgery. Wylder isn't the only one I've seen complaining about their teeth or whatever, I posted that mobydickgirl who brushes their teeth once a week and isn't the only one I've seen say they don't brush their teeth every day, there's another trans one that's pretty popular I forget their exact name who constantly has tooth problems and thinks dentistry/brushing is a pseudoscience and conspiracy against "neurodivergent" people, Erin Reed refuses to smile because of being embarrassed about their teeth yet does nothing about it but rushed to get their dick lopped off.
I swear so many of them are just deliberately helpless at an unfathomable level. I just do not get it.
