I like the Nolan movies. Don’t get me wrong. They’re Bond movies with a Batman who is relatively un-damaged. In context of the world, he’s Batman for like two years, retires, and then is Batman again for a week. He spent more time exploring renewable energy than being a weirdo who punched people in a bat costume.

I’m partial to Bruce being a little off and aware of it. Always liked this scene in Forever. Even Dick skipping up the stairs at the end. Or especially.



And good lord look at those Doom 3 shadows. It isn’t flat front lit with blown out gamma shot against a green screen.
