My read on that scene was pretty different because I felt it was Superman/Clark being a prick with Lois and getting high on his own supply. As Lois said, this is basic shit that will ask anyone. He later apologizes after Luthor turns people against him. If anything, at not point the film condemns Lois, you stupid idiot.
