Isn't Obama still the most popular political figure in the US, especially among the libs that make up most of the news media? How is that supposed to work as a distraction? If anything, it will only make the Trump admin even less popular and motivate the press to find more Epstein dirt. 
They're so bad at this and Tulsi is especially pathetic will her little grudge.

To be fair, if he could actually have Obama arrested his base would move on from Epstein immediately; but again if they could do that Obama would be in jail (or Trump would reveal that Obama was tried and executed years ago in Gitmo and the current Obama is just an actor).
