everything being said in both of those ads is literally true 
genes which promote the survival of a species ARE the superior ones, in the literal sense, like if some robin gets a gene mutation that makes it smarter than other robins and that results in it being able to have more sex, it will pass on that gene more often and overtake the stupid robin gene
things can in fact prove better than other things
they never once make the leap to imply imply "and genes that produce white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes are the best ones"
