Already a couple of prominent members who regularly demand zero tolerance for dissent and do not allow the charitable position of capacity for change in others talking about how they would have been unpersonned by their own current standards

That is the story for most of Era.  "I was a dumb shit, idiot, not smart, who believed Republican.  But now I believe leftist stuffs and that makes me a smart, educated, good person."

Did you study anything.  Take courses?  Seek opposing viewpoints?  Are you magically a smarter, more reasoned and compassionate person?

No, you just had an old in group and left them and found a new in group.  You hold no convictions beyond, "how can I be liked and blame others for my life."

You can be a hillbilly bigot and blame others for your life by being a racist and blame Them for taking your God given resources.  Or you can be a leftist and say, "my life is the fault of systemic issues caused by Them.  I will fight them and their secret messages for making my life this way."
