Yeah. I worked for the company that would eventually become Comcast for two days in their call center. They BARELY trained me, and on the second day they stuck me in their Spanish-language outbound call queue, and when I told them very emphatically that I don't speak Spanish, they said "it doesn't matter, we're cancelling their service anyway so it doesn't matter if they don't understand you". So I was basically expected to call people whose language I didn't speak and tell them we were cancelling their cable service due to delinquent payment. It was a nightmare.

I started fantasizing about killing myself on the drive home, so I called the temp firm that placed me there and was like "yeah I'm not doing this anymore" as soon as I got back to my house.

That temp agency never offered me another job after that, but oh well.
