Little bit of a hot take, but people really start to be mindful of the battles they pick when starting to police language and the likes. It's just a lot of wasted energy and frustration. And it's 100% taking away from more significant and important causes.

Yeah, no. Stop this assault on language. We're eventually going to just communicate with each other via grunts and one syllable grey words that could mean everything and nothing at the same time. A large portion of the population is not highly educated so this is wasted policing.
