Especially for things that didn't actually needed to be apologised for or for pre-emptively apologising for things like you wrote a post that you think is too long or too rambly but can't think how to edit it without removing important pats? Or apologising because you're worried you said or did something that may have upset something and apologise... Only to get weird looks because they have no idea why you're apologising?

This is something that happens to me quite a bit, hell I do it here. Sometimes it can result in a feedback loop when someone gets annoyed when I say I'm sorry so I without thinking say "I'm sorry" for annoying them that just annoys them more and then you just say sorry again because your brain freezes, just leaving would be rude, being silent would be awkward and rude and "No brain, random trivia about Earwigs wouldn't help right now (Earwigs are useful insect to have in your garden if you grow apples)!" so you just say sorry again and start having a massive anxiety attack in your head as you internally scream.

Is there anyone else in that same boat?
