the part I always find the most interesting is how things become "it is known" canon, an ephemeral holy scripture that isn't strictly recorded anywhere but every member of the group just accepts, and over time it builds to a complete disconnect with reality to the point where a normie encountering the latest crazy dogma would have to be re-educated from square one just to catch up

There's a long meandering story you have to tell yourself in order to reach these conclusions, but encountering just the conclusion is an "emperor has no clothes" situation

getting toward what I mean, it's like...gender is fluid and societal, so it's fine for trans women to just decide that they are now women, and we have to accept their chosen identity, but wait no actually the HRT literally transforms you into a woman physically, and eliminates all physical advantages you might've ever had, very reputable studies have shown, so it's fine for trans women to compete with women in sports

but you show a normie Lia Thomas on stage next to women and they say something is obviously very wrong here
