The problem now is they are increasingly aggressive. They will come up to peoples cars to tap on their windows or stand right in front holding their sign. Ive had them come up to me inside the grocery store and ask to buy an entire cart of groceries for them. I have to assume people are still giving out cash to them since they seem to be increasing in numbers.
