ERA outright saying that his conservative parents should have been more involved with him.

ironically...imagine they kept more of a grip on him, ideologically, he stayed a good christian boy and generally agreed with charlie, then what do things look like today

That’s the point. That dude understands, deep down, that Online culture war shit is useless and just produces brain rot. Whatever it is TransRights, MAGA sperging or religious shit, family should still try to control your internet habits and you cannot cut your family completely from your life, as bad they can or can’t be.

ERA is bitching about snitches and all that, but is clear his family cared and could have helped him if they were more involved with him, regardless of politics.
