Currently sitting in a "respectful workplaces" training session thinking of ways to subvert the process. Any suggestions welcome.

Just remember that everything they say is true. Everything. No, don't think for yourself about this. They are the Oracles, they would not try to mislead you as they don't have any ulterior motives ever. The problem is, and always will be, the others who are not following their teachings exactly. This will not be you, you will shut up, listen and learn to do better then use your privilege to be an active force for change.
