AI dictator is an absolutely shit idea for many reasons, chief among which is we don't need one and never will

Caesar said it is easier to find men who are willing to volunteer to die than to find those who will endure pain with patience. Once that is abstracted out to a 1s and 0s decision tree the outcome is, to my mind, predictable and obvious.

I mean, you say that, but I think the biggest risk of an AI benevolent dictator would be the unpredictable consequences, like it deciding theres plenty of good protein going to waste in crematoriums
