He should apologize in a way that calls attention to and mocks the fact that she claims to understand the game industry because she did outside contractual art work on one (1) indie game that failed. It's like Welltall_Zero (rest in power) writing all those essays about being an established game developer and intricately knowing how publishing/Valve works because he had a (still unreleased to this day) game he was working on. Or like 90% of the other "verified" people on there.
