I knew from the start that due to the lack of historic understanding and overall lack of intelligence this whole thing would lead to a head of state eventually praising a bunch of Nazis for fighting the Russians. 

But never in a million years did I expect it to be a round of applause from the entire Canadian parliament to honor a former SS member who actually fought in WW2
