Swery used to post AI art he generated on his twitter account back in the day, so this is unsurprising if true.

Yeah these weird videos in the game are 100% AI slop. Very depressing

That tree is unmistakably AI, textbook example that leaves absolutely no room for doubt. The next most obvious example is the robot. The knife (?) I could take it or leave it, because I'm not even sure what it is supposed to be, it does have some AI vibes to it though.

(If true as there's no proof) Cool. It's good that devs spend time on actual gameplay mechanics and polishing the games than on secondary things that don't really affect the game.

Yeah, and since they feel art is fine to pirate and profit off of other peoples work, guess we don't have to spend time buying it. And I don't mean stoop to their level, since the game is trash enough that it wouldn't be worth the bandwidth anyway.

Reminder that generative AI is inherently based on industrial scale theft and is inextricably tied to severe reductions in climate change progress. There is literally no ethical use of generative AI. But "cool", do you.

Disgusting. Even if true, a small developer using AI to make some easter egg videos is... disgusting.
