I'm leaning towards this one really just being a coincidence though 

I think that it was in vibration mode and not shock, coupled with the hand movement, the pause, and the check of his stream preview to make sure the dog moved is good enough for me to say it's real and not a coincidence.

Dude's a real piece of shit, but he's built up a big enough cult to insulate him from consequences.

Eh, his base is not that big compared with other political commentators, and the dog thing was the first exposure for a lot of normies towards him. A lot of people are probably not thrilled by him and his fandom.

I imagine he wish doing Joe Rogan numbers and not be kicked out of Democratic National Convention
