Imagine being mad at someone who got shot in the head for not participating in an activist stunt

You would think based on that picture that the story is a puff piece about how Malala is loving life and thinks smoking weed is based, not a story about how someone with PTSD had a bad reaction and began to relive the memory of waking up with an intubator down their throat, unable to move and not knowing whether they'd live or die.
They hate Malala because she's an actual victim, not just someone with a victim complex.
